Your membership covers common business technology needs: helpdesk support (email, accounts, devices, printers, Wi-Fi), business apps, cloud tools, onboarding guidance, procurement support, a dedicated point of contact engineer, and unlimited sample projects (POCs). Larger implementations (full migrations, major builds, complex networks, and big deployments) are scoped and quoted clearly.
A POC is a quick, lightweight prototype built to validate an idea. Examples: a simple dashboard, a landing page, a workflow automation, a reporting script, a small integration, or a UI mock with working logic. POCs are meant to test value and feasibility, not to replace full production builds.
We provide guidance and setup help for a 2TB shared team storage workspace through our selected cloud partner. We help you structure folders, set access, configure sharing, and enable backup practices. Cloud storage is subject to provider terms and fair use policies.
Yes. Business Membership is designed for teams. Your staff and authorized contractors can request support under your company membership, subject to reasonable use and your internal approval process.
We run a monthly review of your core setup (devices, security posture, backups, stability, and recurring tickets). You get a clear summary report, recommended actions, and priorities. If you want deeper audits or compliance-specific checklists, we can add them as a custom plan.

0% APR payment plans let you split eligible payments into installments with no interest. Emergency loans provide fast access to funds for critical IT expenses like urgent hardware replacements. Yes. We help with POS setup, website fixes, hosting, domain and email configuration, analytics, and operational tools. For paid marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram), we can build POCs and provide guidance, and we can quote ongoing management if needed.
Credits accumulate based on eligible services and procurement. Credits can be applied to future services or add-ons. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire based on program rules.
During your membership term, your plan pricing stays consistent and you retain membership priority. This helps you plan budgets and reduces support scheduling uncertainty.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the IT Guy Next Door Business Membership ("Membership"). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
The Business Membership is intended for small businesses seeking ongoing helpdesk support, proactive guidance, a dedicated point of contact engineer, financial flexibility options, and rapid prototypes (POCs). Benefits may be updated with reasonable notice based on availability and operational capacity.
Membership is available to businesses within our service area (NY, NJ, CT). By enrolling, you confirm you are authorized to purchase on behalf of the business and are at least 18 years old.
Membership fees are charged as a one-time payment for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payment is due at enrollment. Memberships are prepaid and non-refundable except as required by law. 0% APR payment plans may be available for eligible payments through our payment partner and are subject to approval. Emergency loans are facilitated through our payment partner and are subject to their terms, eligibility requirements, and approval process.
Membership may be used by the business owner, employees, and authorized contractors associated with the enrolled business. The business is responsible for requests submitted under its membership and for maintaining appropriate internal access controls.
Memberships are auto-renewed until cancelled. You may upgrade to a longer plan at any time by paying the difference. Downgrades or partial refunds are not available.
We reserve the right to terminate membership for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or conduct that materially disrupts operations. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee resolution of every issue and cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party systems. Financial products (payment plans and emergency loans) are offered by third-party partners; IT Guy Next Door is not a lender and makes no guarantees regarding approval or terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles.
